Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy – Direct Bookings
1. Booking confirmation and payment
The booking will only be confirmed once 100% of the total stay amount has been paid.
Direct bookings made through the official VIBUhomes website may benefit from more advantageous rates than those available on external platforms. For this reason, specific cancellation conditions apply to direct bookings and must be accepted by the guest before confirming the reservation.
2. Cancellation conditions
The following cancellation conditions apply to direct bookings:
Cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding, where applicable, bank charges or payment gateway fees.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: no refund will be issued.
No-show: no refund will be issued.
3. Early departure
If the guest leaves the accommodation before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
4. Booking modifications
Any request to modify dates, number of guests or booking conditions is subject to availability and must be expressly confirmed by VIBUhomes.
Modifications may involve changes to the final price of the stay.
5. Refunds
Any applicable refunds under this policy will be made using the same payment method used by the guest, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Bank charges, payment gateway fees or any costs related to the transaction may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
