Apartment next to the Cathedral – Historic Centre of Burgos

Apartment next to the Cathedral is a comfortable, quiet and very well-located accommodation in the heart of the Historic Centre of Burgos, just a 2-minute walk from the Cathedral. It is located on a very quiet street, ideal for resting, while being just steps away from Burgos’ main tourist and gastronomic area, allowing guests to enjoy the city comfortably on foot.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and was fully renovated in September 2022. It has approximately 44 m², distributed into a separate bedroom, bathroom, patio and living-dining room with integrated kitchen. It is a cosy, modern and functional space, designed for stays of 1 to 3 guests.

The bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm double bed, a memory foam mattress and a spacious wardrobe. Please note that the bed is placed against the wall, so access is mainly from one side. In the living-dining room there is a sofa bed convertible into a 140 x 190 cm bed, allowing accommodation for a third guest.

The apartment is a functional, practical and well-equipped accommodation for enjoying a pleasant stay in Burgos, whether for tourism, work, studies or temporary stays.

It includes a 37” Smart TV, fibre Wi-Fi, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, Italian coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fan, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and basic kitchenware. Bed linen, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided.

The bathroom is small and functional, equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The apartment has electric heating with low-consumption radiators in each room and an electric hot water system, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.

Access to the apartment is self check-in, using an electronic lock and an external app. Once inside, guests can enjoy convenient and flexible access during their stay.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €15 per stay, per pet. This fee will be paid once the booking has been made, closer to the arrival date. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
