Bright and comfortable apartment located on Calle San Lorenzo, in the heart of Burgos’ historic centre, one of the city’s best-known areas for its gastronomic atmosphere, restaurants, bars and cafés.
It has a separate bedroom with a 135 x 190 cm double bed, facing the interior of the building to help ensure a quieter night’s rest. Next to the bedroom there is a very practical additional room that can be used as a dressing area, luggage storage space or even to store bicycles.
The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with a sitting area, dining space and Smart TV. The apartment retains the charm of traditional buildings in the city centre, with wooden floors and simple, welcoming décor. It is not a luxury apartment, but rather a practical and well-equipped place to enjoy a pleasant stay for a few days in the centre of Burgos.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso-style capsule coffee machine and basic utensils for preparing breakfasts and simple meals. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, heating and two tower fans for the warmer months.
The bathroom is located right next to the kitchen. It is functional and compact in size, with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The apartment has a 50-litre hot water tank, suitable for two people with responsible use.
Its location makes it easy to visit Burgos on foot: Plaza Mayor is just 1 minute away, Paseo del Espolón around 2 minutes away and Burgos Cathedral approximately 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
The building does not have a lift and, as it is located on a central street with a lively gastronomic atmosphere, there may be some activity in the area at certain times of the day. Vehicle access to the historic centre is restricted, although Parking Plaza Mayor is around 50 metres from the apartment and there are also free parking areas approximately 7–8 minutes’ walk away, around Calle San Francisco.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €15 per stay, per pet.
This fee will be paid once the booking has been made, closer to the arrival date. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
