VIBUhomes San Gil I - Charming Studio in the Old Town

VIBUhomes San Gil I is a modern, functional studio ideally located on San Gil Street, in the heart of Burgos’ historic centre and just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral.

It is designed for one or two guests looking for comfort, a central location and independence, whether for city breaks, business trips, temporary stays or pilgrims wishing to explore Burgos on foot.

The space is a compact studio that integrates in a single open-plan area the sleeping zone, kitchen and a small dining or workspace. It features a 135 x 190 cm double bed with a viscoelastic mattress, Smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, open clothes rack and high-speed fibre WiFi.

The kitchen is equipped for practical stays, with a ceramic hob, microwave, under-counter fridge, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware and a washer-dryer, providing full independence during your stay.

The bathroom is private, small and functional, equipped with a shower, screen, towels, hairdryer and all essential items for a comfortable stay.

The studio has French balconies that bring in natural light and create a pleasant atmosphere. It also features Climalit windows that improve indoor comfort and insulation.

The accommodation is located on a first floor with lift. The lift is safe but small in size and slower than usual, typical of renovated historic buildings in the city centre.

Its location allows you to walk to the Cathedral, the historic centre, restaurants, cafés, shops and the main points of interest in Burgos.

Access is self check-in via electronic lock, ensuring a flexible and convenient arrival.

Please note that this is a compact studio and hot water is supplied by a 50-litre electric boiler, so when two guests stay, it is recommended to space out showers for better comfort.

Pets are allowed on request, with a supplement of €15 per stay and per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets.
