Piso 3 San Gil

VIBUhomes San Gil III is a bright, cosy and functional studio located on Calle San Gil, in the heart of the historic centre of Burgos and just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral.

Designed for one or two guests, it is a comfortable option for city breaks, temporary stays, business trips or pilgrims who want to discover Burgos on foot while staying in a central area with atmosphere, services and dining options.

The studio brings together, in one well-used space, the sleeping area, the kitchen and a small table for eating or working next to the windows. The space includes a 135 x 190 cm double bed with a memory foam mattress, Smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, open clothes rack and fibre wifi.

The kitchen is equipped for a practical and independent stay, with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, utensils and a washer-dryer.

The bathroom is separate, compact and functional, with a shower, screen, towels, hairdryer and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The French balconies and Climalit-style windows bring in natural light and help improve indoor comfort, keeping the studio bright and pleasant.

The apartment is located on the third floor with lift. The lift is safe, although small in size and slower than usual, which is common in renovated buildings in the historic centre.

Location is one of its main advantages: from the accommodation you can walk to the Cathedral, the historic centre, restaurants, cafés, shops and many of Burgos’ main points of interest.

Access is self-service via an electronic lock, allowing for a flexible and convenient arrival.

Please note that this is a compact studio and that hot water is supplied by a 50-litre electric water heater. If two guests are staying, we recommend spacing out showers for a more comfortable use.

Pets are allowed on request, with a supplement of €15 per stay and per pet, up to a maximum of 2 pets. Acceptance must be confirmed before arrival.
